If you do it more than twice a week, I can probably automate it.
Copy-paste admin, chasing failed payments, scraping leads, filling forms, moving data between tools that don’t talk to each other — none of that should be your job. I build the automation, web systems, and search visibility that let you run a real business without hiring three more people to do it.
Three services. One goal: systems that run without you.
Automation
Any repetitive digital task, done by software instead of you: browser bots, data entry, lead scraping and outreach, payment plumbing, “when X happens, do Y” workflows, internal tools. I also help other founders automate their admin work end to end.
01 →Web Development
Sites and web apps that load fast, convert, and don’t need a developer on retainer just to change a headline.
02 →SEO
Technical and content SEO that brings in traffic without paid ads — built into the site from day one, not bolted on after.
03 →“Can you automate ______?”
Almost certainly. These are the ones people ask about most — but the list is really “anything you do with a browser, a spreadsheet, or a copy-paste”:
ShipWorkflow — proof I build automation, not slideware
FOUNDER & LEAD DEVELOPER · LIVE AT SHIPWORKFLOW.COM
A live SaaS that automates the operational side of running a paid Discord, Skool, or Telegram community — Stripe webhook handling, automatic invite links on payment, member removal on cancellation, and dunning sequences that chase failed payments before a creator loses the member entirely. It’s not a portfolio piece. It’s software real operators pay for and depend on to not lose revenue while they sleep.
AI removed my grunt work, not my judgment.
I use AI every day — to scaffold boilerplate, draft first-pass copy, generate test cases, and get through the parts of a build that used to eat a whole afternoon. Pretending otherwise would be dishonest, and it would also make me slower than the developers who do use it well. So yes, AI is in my toolchain, the same way a linter or a framework is.
Here’s what it doesn’t do. It doesn’t sit in a call with a client who says “I want automation” and figure out that what they actually need is a fix to their onboarding funnel. It doesn’t know which failed-payment retry timing actually recovers revenue, because it hasn’t watched real dunning sequences run for real communities. And it doesn’t take the call at 11pm when a webhook silently stops firing and cancellations aren’t syncing to Discord.
AI didn’t replace me. It refined me — it cut the time I spend on repetitive code so I spend more of it on what actually moves a project forward: picking the right architecture, asking the question you didn’t think to ask, and being the person who’s accountable when something breaks in production. That part doesn’t get automated.
Shipping is the start, not the finish.
Once your project ships, the real work is keeping it compounding. Instead of three separate vendors for automation, web development, and SEO, the Growth Maintenance retainer gives you one person who already knows your systems — tightening the automations that run your operations, shipping the web updates that keep things current, and steadily building search visibility that brings traffic without paid ads.
